Our refund policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase of your membership plan. If 30 days have passed since your subscription, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund.
Membership purchases grant you access to exclusive car information, resources, and tools. Since this is a digital service, refunds are only provided under specific conditions outlined below.
You may request a refund if:
You experience technical issues preventing you from accessing membership features, and our support team cannot resolve them.
You were charged incorrectly or for the wrong membership plan.
You cancel your membership within 30 days of purchase and have not used significant portions of the service.
Refunds will not be issued for:
Memberships that have been active for more than 30 days.
Users who have extensively accessed or downloaded exclusive car information and reports.
Sale, promotional, or discounted membership plans.
In some situations, partial refunds may be granted (if applicable):
If you experienced partial service interruptions.
If an error occurred in billing but part of the service was used.
Once your refund request is received and reviewed, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within a few business days.
If you haven’t received a refund yet:
Check your bank or credit card account again.
We do not exchange memberships. However, you may upgrade or downgrade your membership plan by contacting our support team.
If you purchased a membership as a gift, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
